The Moderator Role of Pain Duration in Relation between Pain Catastrophizing and Pain Intensity

Background and Purpose: Pain catastrophizing is one of the most important factors contributing to pain experience duration action. This study aimed explore moderator role in hypothetical relation between intensity patients with chronic musculoskeletal (CMSP).
 Methods: Seven hundred eight CMSP (mean age: 28.52 ± 7.75 years) participated this cross-sectional descriptive study. The was assessed Visual Analog Scale (VAS) Catastrophizing (PCS), respectively. time elapsed since participants' first (number days) recorded as duration.
 Results: There a positive correlation (r=0.181, p0.001), (r=0.432, p0.001) total score catastrophizing.
